The San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau (“SACVB”), located at 203 S St. Mary's St. Suite 200, San Antonio, TX, 78205, invites you to join in on the fun of Dia de los Muertos by giving you the opportunity to share your own “MuertoGram” (the “Submission”). Your Submission should be original and not infringe on any third party rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, or patent, or create claims for idea misappropriation or breach of contract (so don't include anyone else's name or likeness, or a brand's logo, or a cartoon or movie character). You must have the permission of any person who appears in your Submission or who you identify or otherwise refer to in your Submission. In order to participate, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
By submitting your image to MuertoGram.com and creating a MuertoGram, you grant the SACVB a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use the photo with or without modifications, in any form or medium whether now existing or later developed. You also agree that SACVB reserves the right to remove any Submission it considers profane, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate, in its sole discretion.
